When can I start my CS Articleship?
You can start the practical training only after completing one month EDP. You have to undergo 21 Months Practical training which is applicable from 3rd Feb, 2021.
Can CS Articleship be done after professional?
This programme is done after passing Professional Program and completing the practical training and one month EDP. The duration of the training is between 30-60 days.
Is EDP compulsory?
All CS Executive June 2022 passed students i.e. CS Professional candidates are compulsorily required to complete ONE MONTH Executive Development Programme (EDP). You have to register for EDP under New Training structure as per the Company Secretaries CS (Amendment) Regulations, 2020.

(a) They will be entitled to get 45 days leaves during the entire training period. (b) Leaves to be calculated on pro-rata basis [ @ 1 casual leave per month & 2 leaves per month for studies & examinations ]. i) One casual leave can be availed for each month of training undergone.
