As you would expect it’s not a deep story with Mario and Sonic getting pulled into a retro console (Jumanji style) along with Dr Eggman and Bowser. It is still a fun way to go through the game and has a ton of fun mini games that are exclusive to the mode so it’s definitely worth a run through.
